Unit Storage Shall Be From The Date The Unit(s) Is Dropped Off For The Winter Storage Program Until May 21, 2024. The Unit(s) Will Be Summarized Starting The Week Of May 06 2024 As Weather Permits Or At The Owner's Request. If Requesting Earlier Than May 01 2023 Please Contact The Service Department At Least One Week Prior To The Time You Would Like To Pick The Unit(s) Up. There Shall Be A $7.00 Per Day Storage Fee For Each Day The Unit(s) Is Not Picked Up After May 31 2023 We, US 27 Motorsports & Trailers Assume No Liability For Theft, Collision, Fire, Or Damage Of Any Kind Whatsoever Except When Directly Attributed To Our Own Negligence, And In That Event, Only To The Extent Of Retail Used Value Of The Stored Unit(s) On The Date Of Storage. (said Retail Use Value Is Calculated By Averaging The Value Given By The N.A.D.A. Value Book And The Kelly Blue Book.) In No Event Shall Liability Extend To Payment For Loss Of Use Of The Unit(s), Or For Loss Of Any Articles Left In A Unit. The Owner Of The Unit Must Maintain Insurance On The Unit(s) During The Period Said Unit(s) Is Being Held In Storage Neither Our Employees Nor Agents May Alter Our Liability Under This Contract Orally Or Otherwise.
