Maxey's Motorsports has been going strong since 1962, through the good times and the bad. Jim Maxey opened Maxey's Cycle selling Yamaha® motorcycles. The largest bike sold at this time was only 80cc! In 1965 Maxey's became a dealer for Honda® motorcycles and opened up a second location in Oklahoma City. In the early '90s, Maxey's Cycle became an authorized Polaris® dealer. Jim Maxey continued operating the business until 1995 when he passed it over to his son, Dan Maxey. Over two decades later in 2016, the third-generation Tony Maxey became the owner of the dealership. Although many things have changed over the years, our value of customer service has been passed down from generation to generation.
