ABOUT DONELSON CYCLES INCORPORATED - SAINT ANN, MO

Donelson Cycles has a solid reputation for providing great service for over 50 years. Carl and Kathy Donelson are both from Southern Illinois and moved here after High School. They have two daughters, Kim and Debbie, eight grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Carl and Kathy still come to work every day, six days a week. In 1955, Carl at the age of 19 moved to St. Louis from southern Illinois. He went to work at the Chevy plant. Carl and Kathy had saved enough money and in April 1962 became a BSA dealer. In 1963 they took on Yamaha, Donelson Cycles is the second oldest Yamaha dealer in the country. By 1971 they added Triumph and Rickman to the lineup. In 1973 Norton joined the showroom, 1975 Moto Guzzi found its way to Donelson Cycles, 1978 saw Ducati joining the seen at Donelson's. Some more changes came in the 80's. In 1985 Donelson's added Can Am, 1987 Husqvarna, and in 1988 they saw ATK on their showroom floor. 1995 was a great year to welcome back Triumph. We were one of the first 50 dealers in the country to take on the New Triumph Brand. Then in 1997 we added Honda to our lineup. Most of our employees have been with us 20 plus years. We pride ourselves in having one of the most knowledgeable parts and service departments around. We have one of the larges parts inventory in the country. If you are looking for a part give us a call, you may find that we are not the cheapest, but we most often will have it stock and you can take it home the same day. We have always been proud that we do not play games when it comes to selling motorcycles, ATV's or Side by Sides. We are not going to add on administration fee's, or extended service contract, or service maintained programs at the end to jack up your price. When you come in we will be very upfront about all the pricing and what you are getting. We also do not add onto the APR when you financed through us. Before you sign any deal weather with us or another dealer, please look over ALL the figures and know what you are paying for. We have been around a very long time by simply treating our customers fairly. Providing a good knowledgeable parts and service department to you our customer. We truly believe we owe you that.
