Three Racers will be chosen to compete at Yamaha’s SuperFinale Race during Motocross of Nations this October / Jul 3, 2024 /
Yamaha Motor Corp., USA, completed the first two races of its three-round bLU cRU Invitational Series this past weekend at Washougal MX Park in Washougal, Washington. After a successful first round at Glen Helen in May, talented riders from all over America have shown incredible speed and form at both rounds. One round remains at Budds Creek in Mechanicsville, Maryland on July 13 and 14 before three SuperFinale class racers are selected to attend the YZ bLU cRU SuperFinale in Europe at the Motocross of Nations.
The bLU cRU Invitational has brought out riders who have showcased top-tier talent as they challenge each other for a spot to join Yamaha in England, at Yamaha’s annual SuperFinale race during Motocross of Nations. Three riders will be chosen to represent Yamaha’s Team USA for a once-in-a-lifetime experience riding a factory-prepped, GYTR kitted, YZ motorcycle in their class, racing against elite Yamaha riders from all over the world, and enjoying the experience that racing oversees brings to the table. In addition to the SuperFinale classes, each Invitational offers opportunities for all Yamaha motorcycle owners to race, from the young novice riders to veteran riders, along with family activities, prizes, group dinner, exclusive gifts and special guests.
“We’ve seen so much talent at the first two races of this series, and we can’t wait to see who shows up to the final Invitational race at Budds Creek in just a couple weeks,” said Jennifer Davie, Yamaha’s experiential marketing manager. “We’re looking forward to making the hard decision of who is going to represent Yamaha’s Team USA with us in the U.K. this October.”
The third and final round of the bLU cRU Invitational will take place at Budds Creek MX Park in Mechanicsville, Maryland over the weekend of July 13 and 14.
