REGISTRATION FORM

Please fill out all fields below to submit your registration for the demo event incentive program. Please note that all fields are required.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Customer must complete registration with Yamaha staff at the registration counter at the Yamaha demo area at the COTA MotoGP event during the Program Dates in advance of the demonstration ride.
  2. Customer must complete a demonstration ride at the Eligible Event during the Program Dates.
  3. Customer must purchase a new Yamaha MT-07 from his/her local Yamaha dealership. Physical coupons expire on May 30, 2026.
  4. Customer must complete the online claim form by May 30, 2026 to be eligible for the pre-paid gift card.
  5. Pre-paid gift card will be mailed by Yamaha directly to the customer address provided. For questions regarding pre-paid gift card fulfillment, please email: consumer_incentives@yamaha-motor.com

NOTES

  • Limit one (1) offer/serialized coupon per eligible VIN, per household.
  • Pre-paid gift cards are non-transferable.
  • Dealer must warranty register and pay off the unit within ten (10) days from the retail sale date.
  • Customer name and address on the demo ride registration must match the registered owner’s name entered at time of warranty registration. Any changes made to the registered owner’s name within six months of warranty date will result in dealer being charged for any credits issued on this program.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  1. Offer good only on select new, unused Yamaha MT-07 units as noted above on this program.
  2. Physical coupons expire May 30, 2026.
  3. Valid on single qualifying purchase. Limit one (1) serialized coupon/offer per eligible VIN, per household.
  4. Completed claim form must be submitted within ten (10) days from date of sale. Yamaha is not responsible for claims that are late, lost, midirected, incomplete, or damaged in transit.
  5. Coupons are automatically void if obtained through illegitimate channels, counterfeited, reproduced, mutilated, forged, altered, or tampered with in any way. Yamaha reserves the right to reject any submission deemed, in our sole discretion, not to be compliant with these terms.
  1. Yamaha employees, dealer employees, and vendors are inelligible for this offer.
  2. Incentives: Units on this program are eligible for any other incentive programs available at the time of retail (i.e. customer cash, retail financing, etc.)
  3. Applicable Law: All provisions of this sales program will be enforced except where prohibited by applicable law.
  4. Yamaha reserves the right to amend, cancel or modify this program at any time and without prior notice.
