Basic Rider Course at Road America
Learn to ride with Yamaha! Designed for beginning riders through the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF), Yamaha is sponsoring Road America’s Basic Rider Course (BRC) in Plymouth, Wisconsin. In addition to a fleet of beginner-friendly motorcycles for the class, Yamaha also provides graduates up to $250 credit on the purchase of a new Yamaha. If you've been dreaming of riding, here's your chance!
Road America is happy to announce that in conjunction with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and Wisconsin Motorcycle Safety Program, Road America has transitioned to MSF’s newest curriculum. This revised BRC eliminates the classroom portion and moves that material into the online e-course. This allows you to take the online course around your busy schedule, starting and stopping as needed until completion. You will also have around 11 hours of motorcycle riding instruction on one of our state-certified training ranges. Upon successful completion, students receive a completion card that allows them to be exempt from the Motorcycle-In-Traffic road test.
We will also continue offering our popular Ladies Only courses in 2024.
Cost: $295 Includes e-course, training, and skills test. NOTE: If you purchase a new Yamaha Motorcycle within 90 days of completion, you’ll receive up to a $250 credit on your purchase.
