Yamaha Xtreme Terrain Challenge - IS BACK!
XT-R is back better than ever! Come join us on April 16th - 18th at Windrock Park with your Proven Off Road machine to test on a set course through Windrock Park. There will lots of activities and the opportunity to hang out with Yamaha friends and family! All new for 2026, ATV specific XT-R course!
Riding Event Description:
Challenge course consists of a designated route between 25-30 miles long and including Black diamond trails on the Windrock Trail system.
There will be designated areas for spectators to watch the action.
Additional activities include:
- Yamaha demo rides including RMax line up, Grizzly and Kodiak 700
- Activities for the kids
- Vendor displays & giveaways
- Games & more
Schedule:
- Thursday: Registration/ Check in
- Friday: Registration / Check In / Demo Rides / Guided Ride and Bonfire
- Saturday: XT-R Challenge / Demo Rides / Fun Activities
Cost of Entry: None- Windrock permit required for days on the trail.

We have a select amount of spots and cabins on hold at Windrock. Please email or select the lodging needs at sign up. (link above)
Gear Requirements:
(The following gear is required to participate in the course events - NO EXCEPTIONS):
DOT Approved Helmet / Long Sleeve Shirt / Long Pants / Over-the-Ankle Boots / Gloves / Goggles or other Eye Protection
